During the Needs Assessment phase, AHS answers the question “how can our clients optimize their supply chain process?” We provide a high level assessment of the current situation and describe our vision of a path forward. The study of your processes in the Operational Analysis step goes into great depth, analyzing existing circumstances to gain the information necessary to make strategic recommendations. We also benchmark current operations to establish a baseline for the return on investment.
We work with your teams on the front lines to fully understand your needs, which yield a wealth of operational data to base the success of any future project. Our hands-on operational review ensures that we possess the accurate operational data for comparison against proposed projects and actual outcomes.

What you’ll get: Baselined, accurate operational data for comparison against actual project outcomes
To ensure a maximum return on investment, we collect data during the Process Improvement Recommendation phase to examine all possible paths that will achieve desired results. At the end of this phase, we outline each of those recommendations and provide detailed layouts, timelines, and budgets for the proposed project and the specifications for completing the work.
Steps taken in this phase will include:
- Compare baseline established during the Operational Analysis against industry benchmarks
- Establish a gap analysis between baseline and industry standards for the best options to set a path forward with alternatives that satisfy our clients’ return on investment model
- Determine the viability of each alternative; establishing what technologies will drive the most favorable results
- Model favorable alternatives against established return on investment criteria
- Create procedures, layouts, budget estimates, and timelines

AHS will walk your executive management team through the work completed-to-date in a brief, yet thorough session. The session is designed to identify your pain points and offer justification for completing the project. The outcome of this session will be the approval to move forward.

AHS will manage all facets of the project including timeline schedules, implementation, budgets and system commissioning. Working with world class vendors, AHS will finalize designs, generate approval documentation and establish exit testing to ensure a successful implementation of the project.
