Needs Assessment

During the Needs Assessment phase, AHS answers the question “how can our clients optimize their supply chain process?” We provide a high level assessment of the current situation and describe our vision of a path forward. We work together as an extension of our clients’ own teams to provide the optimal solution for their unique circumstance.

The deliverable of the Needs Assessment is a detailed Forward Motion proposal that comprehensively addresses our clients’ needs and establishes a working relationship between their company and Strategic Design Services.
