Post Start Up
Once a project is complete, our team continues to work with you to ensure the solution meets your needs—now and in the future. We have full time associates assigned to our Field Services and Client Services teams, dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction with the project. If the project calls for parts, warranty, or equipment, we provide the right amount of support for all post-project needs.
In addition to providing warranties, we utilize a case tracking system that enables us to track and resolve any issues regarding your system. Once we are notified of a potential issue, we generate a case assigned with a unique number and emails are sent to the appropriate personnel within AHS. When you need to talk to someone directly, you simply provide your number and they are able to pull up all documents associated with the case.
After a job has been completed, we return a month later and commission the job, inspecting and ensuring that everything is operating to standards. Integration Services never resolves a case until you are fully satisfied.
