SmartCart® Automatic Guided Cart (AGC™)

The SmartCart (AGC) is ideal for moving products on an assembly line or transporting goods throughout a plant or warehouse. Because it’s automatic and durable, SmartCart provides reliable and consistent point-to-point movement of everything from small parts to heavy pallets. SmartCart AGCs are guided by magnetic tape, which allows the guidepath to be installed or modified quickly. In addition, SmartCart has numerous load handling options and are clean and quiet. With a SmartCart AGC system, you have the ability to add SmartCarts if you need to increase capacity or remove them if you want to reduce capacity.

Engineering Software

Our engineers are equipped with the latest releases of engineering software and tools. Through AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Demo 3D, they are able to draw systems to scale and allow you to visualize a solution on paper. Most companies will provide you with the basic layout drawing of your project. AHS Integration Services provides 3D layouts for dramatically better visualization and understanding of projects.

3D Simulation

Simulation allows you to see your projects in real time, moving as they would in a facility. You can monitor how the solution implemented affects the facility and achieves the desired outcome.

Budget Master

We use our Budgeting Tool to promptly provide range of costs for a proposed project. This application allows us to make any necessary changes early in the process to keep up with the needs of the project. This powerful capability means that you quickly understand if your project will fit your budget and future plans.

WebEx

We recognize that while meetings are important, it is a challenge to organize all participants in a single place at one time. To facilitate meetings with all key contributors, we use WebEx meetings that conduct training sessions and meetings online. As a result, we have expanded our communication parameters while reducing travel time and expenses associated with on-site meetings. This results in more efficient meetings for you and the ability to communicate with a large number of people quickly and effectively.

Microsoft Project

Integration Services also utilizes Microsoft Project and Microsoft CRM to create project schedules and to organize and track customer and job information. Utilizing these tools ensures we are always up to date with your projects and can provide the level of customer service you deserve.
