Application Engineering
Our four phase process starts with Application Engineering. Through this first phase, the Integration Services team takes the necessary time to understand the solution needed, develop the scope, schedule and budget, and present the final solution to you.
Design Review
Project success requires complete understanding of the project details, deliverables, and your project goals. Prior to proposing a solution, our account manager engages other AHS team members to discuss the project deliverables. The agenda covers topics that include mechanical, electrical and control details, equipment layout, facility operation, and identifying what is included and excluded in the scope of work.
Conveyor Path and System Components
Once we have complete understanding of the project and can proceed with an unobstructed path to success, we work with you to develop the best design solution and assist with the justification of the proposed solution.
System Budget
Once the conceptual design has been approved, our team utilizes our Budget Master that allows us to provide a quick range for the cost of the proposed system. This in turn allows you to determine if the project will fit your budget.
Preliminary Schedule
To guarantee the project is completed on the targeted date, we develop a preliminary schedule that details deliverables, establishes deadlines, and identifies key milestones.
Firm Pricing
Once the timeline is established and the budget has been approved, we provide a firm price for the system. Our Integration Services team guarantees an unbiased approach towards quoting your system. Request for quotes will be sent to multiple valued vendors to establish your total investment.
Solution Development and Client Review
Once a solution is engineered and our team is satisfied the scope of work has been fulfilled, we conclude with a review meeting to discuss the details of the proposal with all parties involved. Once we are satisfied the proposal meets your expectations, we review the solution with you.
