Standard Service
What is it?
Everyone dreads hearing the words, “our system is down.” We understand that down systems can cause loss of revenue, frustration and delays in addition to other problems. Even with the best planned maintenance programs, issues sometimes occur. Standard service applies when an issue occurs and you contact our team of professionals during the hours of 7:30AM-4:30PM.
How does it work?
Our Field Services team will discuss the issue with you and take the appropriate measures to get you back up and running. In order to perform the standard service we will utilize the spare parts you have in stock. However, if you need a spare part that is not available, we will expedite ordering the part and install it upon arrival.
