24 Hour Service
What is it?
Whether you need additional assurance all year long or just during peak season, our 24 hour service programs can be customized to fit your individual needs. With a 24 hour contract, we pledge to get your equipment back up and running anytime, day or night. Our technicians are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and materials to address the issues that arise with your automated material handling systems. To enable us to best service your needs, a 24 hour service program is contingent on maintaining spare parts and having a proper planned maintenance program in place.
How does it work?
- Direct telephone contact between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Cell phone service between the hours of 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday and all hours on weekends
- Maximum telephone response time to contact customer one hour after AHS personnel receives message
- Maximum on-site response within three hours after AHS personnel receives message
